Facility Specialist IV-Plumber

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial plumbing systems for office, lab, cleanroom, and manufacturing support environments. Perform facility-wide maintenance beyond plumbing within training and qualifications, support cleanroom plumbing reliability needs, and use CMMS (e.g., Maximo) to manage work orders and inspections. Coordinate contractors to ensure safe, code-compliant work, document activities, and participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
