Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including water, waste systems, fixtures, pumps, and valves.
  • •Perform facility-wide maintenance beyond plumbing, including minor electrical/low-voltage support and building repairs within training scope.
  • •Support cleanroom, laboratory, and manufacturing support plumbing needs for water quality, pressure regulation, drainage, and reliability.
  • •Use CMMS (e.g., Maximo) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and asset history.
  • •Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure plumbing and facility work meets safety, quality, and code requirements, including on-call support as needed.
