Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, plan, configure, and implement LAN/WAN networks, routing, switching, and firewalls for ETM operations.
  • •Deploy and maintain routers, switches, VPN concentrators, remote access systems, and network servers.
  • •Serve as a senior escalation point (Tier 3+) for complex transport, optical, crypto, and routing/switching issues.
  • •Monitor network health, performance, and capacity; perform proactive maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management (patching, firmware, hardware refreshes).
  • •Maintain network integrity and documentation (SOPs, topologies, backup/recovery) and use ITSM ticketing for workflow and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • •5+ years of experience in network administration.
  • •IAT Level II certification and a networking certification (Brocade, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or Juniper (JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP)).
  • •Hands-on experience/knowledge with Aruba networking systems.
  • •Strong routing knowledge and L3 configurations; includes routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching concepts (VLANs, STP, VxLAN).
