Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Delivery Management/Triparty trade lifecycle activities including affirming, chasing, amending, and escalating.
  • •Oversee team support for Global Banking and Markets transactions and act as process specialist/reference point.
  • •Serve as first point of escalation for operational issues and communicate resolution to relevant areas in a timely manner.
  • •Improve operational controls and reporting by working on KRIs/KPIs, audit/regulatory points, and privacy/control/compliance policies.
  • •Provide support for ad-hoc operational projects involving collation, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting of operational data.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in accounting, finance, management, or business (higher qualifications acceptable).
  • •Sound knowledge of capital market products, with in-depth expertise in Fixed Income and Derivatives.
  • •In-depth working knowledge of transaction management, trade life cycle, and inter-system requirements for Debt Securities products.
  • •Strong background on Debt Capital Market with experience in an operational supervisory environment.
  • •Proven track record managing relationships with stakeholders and handling multi-process, high-pressure environments.
