Key Responsibilities

•Own partner-sourced pipeline generation and bookings for the assigned territory, partnering with regional sales leadership.
•Build and maintain the territory game plan by mapping accounts, onboarding new partners, and attaching actionable channel plays with clear next steps and owners.
•Run end-to-end partner onboarding and drive joint business planning, including co-authoring plans with solutions architecture leadership and confirming portal access.
•Execute deal and operational rigor by building/quality-checking quotes across reseller, distributor, MSP, and hyperscaler motions; maintain pipeline hygiene and partner attach standards.
•Measure and report channel performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, attach rate, average deal size) and use customer consumption/opportunity telemetry to surface risk and expansion opportunities.

Key Requirements

•SLED experience in channel or partner management, alliances, or partner-facing sales, ideally in enterprise software, cloud, or data infrastructure.
•Track record generating partner-sourced pipeline and influencing revenue within an assigned territory.
•Comfort operating in a CRM daily with strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and reporting.
•Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and ability to coach partners through it.
•Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, solutions architecture, marketing, operations, and legal to remove friction from partner transactions.
