Job Summary

Lead and shape antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology. Provide technical oversight, guide teams, and drive technology roadmaps within a defense/aerospace setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering groups, suppliers, and government programs to validate hardware and ensure mission readiness from design to deployment in onsite Tucson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
•Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.
•Collaborate with antenna or radome manufacturing suppliers.
•Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance to requirements.
•Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees across the business in area of expertise.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum 8 years of relevant experience; experience leading antenna or radome designs through concept trades, preliminary and final design or qualification; experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling using HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, and/or GRASP; experience with antenna, radome, or sensor measurements within near or far-field systems.
