Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end close end-to-end activities including month/TB analysis, financial reporting (SARACEN) and Gather submissions, balance sheet substantiation, and bank reconciliation.
  • •Handle intercompany breaks and coordinate with partner entities to resolve them, including leading stakeholder calls for service delivery.
  • •Maintain Servco finance control processes and control environment setup, including reconciliations, submission/reporting processes, and Cadency coordination/sign-offs.
  • •Lead, motivate, and manage a team of finance professionals and initiate high-impact quality projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • •Manage risk and change through corrective controls, cross-training, contingency planning, and ensure adherence to Group policies, audit, controls, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •BCom/MCom with CA(Inter)/CWA(Inter) or CA/CWA/MBA qualifications, with strong accounting knowledge.
  • •Prior experience handling finance control teams and leading month-end close and related accounting activities.
  • •Experience working with captive BPO in financial services, particularly accounting, reporting, and financial control verticals.
  • •Logical, analytical thinking with proven ability to solve complex problems and provide accounting/managerial solutions.
  • •Direct functional experience across multiple areas such as monthly accruals, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, and regulatory reporting.
