Deliver an engaging, expert-level in-store experience for Dyson products at the Aventura Mall Demo Store. Use Dyson’s sales model to consult with shoppers, understand needs, and guide them to the right technology while meeting success factors and sales targets. Maintain in-store standards for health and safety, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and stock replenishment. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Dyson as an in-store expert by providing an engaging, well-informed shopper experience.
•Use Dyson’s sales model to consult with shoppers, identify needs, and guide them to the right products while achieving success factors.
•Maintain in-store health and safety and demonstration standards while acting as the representative for Dyson products.
•Manage operational duties including visual merchandising, display cleanliness, and replenishing stock.
•Use CRM and HRIS systems for accurate, timely reporting and educate retail partners and shoppers on product features and benefits.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of in-person retail selling experience.
•Experience working with technology and prestige luxury brands is an asset.
•Proven track record of successful sales experience, exceeding quotas.
•Ability to work retail hours (standard, peak, holiday), including at least three days per week with every Saturday/Sunday.
•Comfortable using CRM/HRIS reporting and Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) plus iPad applications.
