Hrly. Maintenance Supervisor

Direct and coordinate maintenance department functions to ensure proper operation of machinery, tools, and buildings. Assist with hiring, orienting, training, and evaluating maintenance personnel while coaching and initiating discipline when needed. Lead preventative maintenance and troubleshooting efforts, coordinate maintenance activities with operating departments, and oversee repairs using diagrams and operating manuals. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives while maintaining maintenance records and preparing reports.
