Personal Banker

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven partner in the branch by uncovering clients’ financial wellness needs through in-person and proactive phone conversations. Meet individual goals, open consumer and small business accounts, and develop referral sources and centers of influence to attract and deepen relationships. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, while supporting teller-line transactions and participating in branch huddles and debriefs (including occasional Saturdays).
