Drive asset investment governance across GDS Ontario by refining value frameworks, risk methodologies, and decision-making processes. Integrate risk assessments, asset health metrics, benchmarks, and financial analysis into capital planning and TotEx/lifecycle value models. Develop assurance procedures and documentation to support regulatory review and Asset Management Plan defense, while mentoring cross-functional partners and providing recommendations to leadership.
