Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deepen client engagement with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners across priority ANZ markets.
  • •Own the external market positioning of the program management line by tracking trends, competitors, and opportunities to sharpen pursuit strategies.
  • •Partner with Sector Directors, Growth Leads, and Client Account Managers to identify and win Enterprise Critical Pursuits (ECPs) and Tier 2 pursuits.
  • •Support Client Account Managers on client account plan delivery, growth targets, and relationship objectives to drive bookings.
  • •Represent AECOM at industry forums and sector events to build brand and create market opportunities and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification; additional certifications in program management or business development are advantageous.
  • •10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business development within construction, engineering, or consulting; proven track record of large-scale projects.
  • •Strong network within the ANZ market and demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • •Experience in leading teams, cross-functional collaboration, and applying data-informed decision making to balance growth with operational discipline.
