Associate Director, Operations Center Manager (onsite)

Lead a large onsite manufacturing operations team by setting long-term objectives and performance guidelines for cell productivity and scheduling/sequencing of work. Drive cost reduction, process improvements, and production innovation (including additive manufacturing) while ensuring quality documentation and smooth operations through materials and logistics resolution. Oversee shop-floor workforce management, flow disruption management, maintenance, and plant engineering, and supervise manufacturing operations disciplines and frontline managers supporting ~130 employees.
