Key Responsibilities

  • •Retrieve birds from the conveyor and hang them on the overhead shackle line.
  • •Control feed rate of the hanging conveyor and manage bird flow at the end of the belt.
  • •Transport DOAs and dump them onto the dead bird take-away conveyor.
  • •Maintain quality, food safety, and sanitation standards; monitor work areas and follow SOPs.
  • •Perform assigned production tasks (packing, sorting, staging, material handling) and maintain cleanliness/organization in production areas.
