Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and motivate a team of laboratory support associates, including performance reviews, workforce planning, and scheduling.
  • •Oversee daily laboratory support activities such as equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance coordination, autoclave operations, sample management, and shipment receipt and handling.
  • •Manage biowaste management and chemical/laboratory support tasks required for lab operations.
  • •Ensure customer requirements in SOWs are delivered on time and to a high standard, serving as a key liaison between customers, operational teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, GDP and GxP standards, and support operational documentation, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
