Job Summary

Align HR strategy with business objectives by advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and HR policies. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement consistent programs, and use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and inform decisions. Support talent review and calibration discussions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR-related issues including employee relations and conflict resolution.
•Partner with managers to implement performance management processes, including feedback, goal setting, development planning, and calibration/talent reviews.
•Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and communicating changes to employees.
•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent application.
•Track and analyze HR metrics, and prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•3–4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HR generalist or HRBP.
•Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems; PHR or SPHR is a plus.
