Job Summary

Drive the design and deployment of manufacturing processes in NetSuite for Life Sciences companies. You’ll assess current operations, define a future-state manufacturing operating model, and standardize workflows and controls. Configure and validate NetSuite manufacturing capabilities including BOMs, routings, work orders, production scheduling, demand/supply planning, costing, and manufacturing execution. Lead UAT and cutover readiness while supporting batch/lot control, traceability, and quality/regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess manufacturing processes across entities and define a future-state manufacturing operating model.
•Standardize manufacturing workflows and controls aligned with life sciences best practices.
•Configure and validate NetSuite manufacturing elements including BOMs, routings, work orders, and planning/costing capabilities.
•Support life sciences compliance by enabling batch/lot-controlled manufacturing, traceability, and quality/regulatory process alignment.
•Lead manufacturing UAT and support cutover planning and manufacturing readiness assessments, including master data migration strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•8+ years of manufacturing process experience.
•5+ years implementing manufacturing modules within NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
•Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and life sciences manufacturing operations.
•Experience implementing standardized manufacturing operations aligned with life sciences best practices.
