Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide program and enterprise project management guidance and subject matter expertise supporting VA technology executive oversight of enterprise priorities.
  • •Connect strategic intent to execution by driving cross-organizational analysis and design, coordinating enterprise-level services, and coordinating dependencies across stakeholders.
  • •Lead planning and execution of enterprise-level programs spanning multiple business units or organizational components.
  • •Advise executive leadership on status, risk, and strategic alignment; prepare executive-level briefings and decision materials.
  • •Generate enterprise monthly status reports and recommend improvement options based on operational analytics and observations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, science, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of experience in program management, communications, and/or senior leadership roles across enterprise-scale or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • •Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional/cross-organizational working sessions.
  • •Experience standing up proofs of concept or pilot initiatives.
  • •Experience developing executive guidance and directly supporting executive leadership with customer and board-level briefings.
