Support end-to-end recruitment for key and strategic roles across Dubai Holding Entertainment, building talent pipelines with a focus on leadership and specialist positions. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams on workforce planning and candidate assessment, coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics, and manage external agencies. Champion Emiratisation, analyze recruitment metrics, and contribute to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and internal mobility programs.
