Key Responsibilities

•Manage delivery for large projects, including release management and change management across multiple initiatives.
•Own estimation and scheduling and support project management practices in an agile environment.
•Lead Scrum execution, including Agile Safe and delivery/quality expectations.
•Coordinate stakeholder management and maintain strong customer interfacing throughout delivery.
•Support software life cycle engineering, quality assurance, and team/tribe engagement practices.

Key Requirements

•15 to 18 years of IT experience and 8 to 10 years of project management experience.
•Strong delivery management experience, including handling large projects (2 to 5 million value) across at least 2 projects.
•Scrum certification and solid Agile practices, including estimation and scheduling.
•Experience with Java & J2EE architecture, including design patterns and framework/architectural knowledge.
•6 to 8 years with Struts and Spring (including Springboot), plus experience with microservices and ReactJS; release and change management experience is required.
