Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a wide variety of office duties including coordinating meetings, typing, filing, telephone coverage, greeting customers, handling mail, and distributing office supplies.
  • •Reconcile P-card spending and track anniversaries/birthdays, and arrange travel and hotel accommodations.
  • •Assist with preparation of management presentations and special projects as required.
  • •Troubleshoot and escalate office technology issues, including telephone and copier machines.
  • •Track and ensure employees complete onboarding duties such as system access, lockers/mailboxes, uniforms, badges, fingerprinting, and training.
