Job Summary

Lead and manage a KeyBank branch team to deliver exceptional client service while driving small-business client acquisition and growth. You’ll coach and develop sales performance, execute the Branch Playbook to achieve branch goals, and manage branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance with regulatory and internal controls. The role includes outside calling, managing partnerships and centers of influence, and making decisions that improve client outcomes and branch performance.

•Drive a strong client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and delivering client-centered service.
•Lead and develop the branch sales team; conduct coaching, manage performance, and ensure understanding of products, sales and service processes, and the competitive landscape.
•Grow the business through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, including outside calling to small business clients and leveraging centers of influence (COIs).
•Manage branch operations and compliance by providing guidance on operational/regulatory procedures and ensuring timely completion of branch operational tasks.
•Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and train teammates; manage staffing, scheduling, and work coverage, including deploying teammates to other branches as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•3+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team (required).
•3+ years of demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
•General understanding of financial statements and concepts (required).
•Demonstrated ability to understand consumer credit concepts (loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports) and to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) (required).
