Senior Manager Global Workplace & FM

Lead Rio Tinto’s Global Workplace & Facilities Management function, setting and delivering global workplace and facilities strategy to ensure safe, productive, high-performing corporate environments. Partner with Executive and Senior Leaders on workplace and employee experience, corporate real estate, supplier relationships, and portfolio planning. Oversee global team leadership, office portfolio performance, complex contract negotiations, and capital/sustaining projects, while driving governance, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
