Job Summary

Serve as a technical authority for Strategic Enterprise customers within your territory, partnering with account teams and partners to understand business goals and translate them into Elastic solutions. Build value-based relationships, lead discovery through technical win, and demonstrate Elastic’s products in sales meetings and events. Onboard and enable partners, create relevant collateral, and relay customer needs and gaps to engineering and leadership while continuously deepening both sales and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
•Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer goals and how Elastic offerings address them.
•Create and own value-based relationships across customer organizations at all levels.
•Lead technical planning and execution for the territory from initial discovery through the technical win.
•Advise sales on positioning, onboard and enable partners, and communicate customer needs and enhancements to engineering and leadership teams.
