Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end logistics performance for the Spain operating flow from paid order through final delivery.
  • •Manage capacity allocation and partner with procurement, finance, and strategy to reduce cost and lead time.
  • •Improve operational intelligence by consuming and supplying data with cross-functional teams and external suppliers, including throughput and capacity handover.
  • •Identify pain points, recommend solutions to meet KPI targets, and build procedures and systems for better end-to-end performance for merchants and customers.
  • •Coordinate internal and external teams to write business recommendations and ensure launched solutions (e.g., systems, supplier platforms, driver apps, tracking, consolidation network design) meet quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above and 5+ years of experience in UK/EU e-commerce warehousing and fulfillment.
  • •Experience with FM consolidation, MM and LM, or end-to-end warehouse operations.
  • •Data-oriented with experience building logical planning models using validated assumptions, with SQL or Python preferred.
  • •Ability to write comprehensive documentation and prepare business cases for significant changes (case review/BRD may be requested).
  • •Fluent in English and Fluent communication in Spanish to work with Spanish merchants and vendors.
