Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform work assignments while rotating through various risk-related departments.
  • •Provide credible challenge, risk identification, escalation, and oversight to business processes, products, projects, or control environments.
  • •Identify and interpret risk trends via data analysis and create risk reporting to drive business action and awareness.
  • •Learn applicable industry standards, laws, and regulations; ensure compliance and champion regulatory excellence.
  • •Create and present a formal presentation at the end of each rotation, attend training classes, and participate in community involvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a completed four-year undergraduate Bachelor's degree in business with a graduation date within fall 2025 to spring 2026.
  • •Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • •Earn a relevant major such as Insurance/Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Humanities (Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Pre-Law) or another relevant major.
  • •Have relevant internship and/or co-op experience.
  • •Be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
