Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and report daily P&L to Front Office and Senior Management.
  • •Reconcile actual P&L with trader estimates and provide flash/actual variance analysis.
  • •Perform front-to-back analysis and reconcile front office P&L and balance sheet to firm sub-ledgers.
  • •Support month-end controls and analyze management vs financial P&L variances within thresholds.
  • •Analyze risk positions and explain daily revenue drivers using option Greeks (Delta, Vega, Gamma), while partnering to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 8 years of experience, including 4+ years in Global Markets Product Control.
  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA/CFA/MBA with experience applying US GAAP/IFRS/IAS reporting frameworks and interest in derivative products.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (especially expert Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across different management levels.
  • •CFA/FRM certification preferred; Alteryx/Python/Tableau knowledge is a plus.
