Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering assessment on issues stopping production.
  • •Optimize production processes by designing efficient systems and ensuring quality of assembled products.
  • •Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment, assembly methods, quality standards, and product design.
  • •Collaborate with teams to improve workflows, implement new processes and design iterations, deploy new technology into the manufacturing line, and follow site EHS practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes and the creation of process sheets, work instructions, or assembly manuals.
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing environment using modelled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system.
  • •Understanding of materials and tolerances for components and assemblies.
  • •At least one year in the current position, plus proficiency in project management, presentation, and structured problem solving for continuous improvement.
