Director - Infrastructure Finance

Lead infrastructure finance for PPP and major development projects, developing financing strategies, funding frameworks, and PPP models aligned to portfolio masterplans and budgets. Own end-to-end PPP execution support, including tender documentation, procurement, negotiation, and financing documentation. Build and maintain project finance models, feasibility studies, ROI analyses, KPIs, and performance reporting, while ensuring compliance with UAE and applicable international standards. Manage key stakeholder relationships across government, investors, and partners.
