Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Provide governance and direction to multiple Salesforce PODs and ensure delivery against milestones, velocity, and quality KPIs.
•Define and enforce global delivery and architectural standards, including Salesforce development practices and platform security.
•Own sandbox strategy and release governance to enable stable, repeatable deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
•Manage operational excellence and P&L for Salesforce delivery in Bangalore, including reporting on sprint performance, technical debt, and resource utilization.
•Lead and develop POD Leads, Technical Architects, Senior Developers, and Analysts through coaching and knowledge-sharing.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across development, analysis, architecture, and delivery leadership.
•Experience with Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Integration Patterns, and platform security.
•Minimum 5 years leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams or PODs in a global delivery model.
•Deep experience applying Agile/Scrum methodologies tailored to Salesforce delivery.
•Strong financial acumen, including P&L, forecasting, and resource planning.
