Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global Data Center vertical strategy, including market sizing, segmentation, prioritization, and a multi-year roadmap.
  • •Develop and execute the annual strategic business plan for revenue, gross margin, and share gain across regions.
  • •Lead demand generation and go-to-market execution, including global account targeting and partnerships with regional sales leadership.
  • •Serve as the global authority on engineered fastening applications in data center environments and translate application insights into product innovation.
  • •Own commercial performance (pipeline, revenue, gross margin, funnel conversion) and build metrics/dashboards to drive corrective action.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • •Minimum 8-10 years in marketing, sales, product management, or business development within industrial, engineered products or construction-adjacent markets.
  • •Deep data center market knowledge, including customers, buying cycle, delivery model, and technical requirements (hyperscale/colocation construction ecosystem experience preferred).
  • •Direct experience with engineered fastening applications and fastening/assembly automation.
  • •Track record building and executing growth strategy with owned revenue and margin outcomes.
