Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development of the collection in line with quality, style, and Hermès values.
  • •Participate in research of color references and help create digital color palettes in Photoshop (RGB, photo boards, inspiration images).
  • •Assist in building and coordinating multiple physical color ranges across the season with the materials development team.
  • •Support print development, including creating color swatches/mouchets, updating printed boards, and tracking print summaries.
  • •Provide day-to-day office support (shipments, archiving, filing, and administrative follow-up).

Key Requirements

  • •You are currently a student in a textile, graphic design, or fashion school (with a specialization in prints/textiles).
  • •You are sensitive to color, materials, and their composition.
  • •You can use the Adobe suite confidently, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • •You have knowledge of color and print development workflows and can translate creative intent into digital outputs.
  • •You are known for rigor and dynamism, and you enjoy learning, observing, and experimenting (Clo 3D is a plus).
