Key Requirements

  • •Managed engineering teams of 15+ people in SaaS product companies, including leading managers.
  • •Hands-on experience contributing to system designs, with a past background as a staff engineer or architect delivering widely adopted solutions.
  • •Experience operating multi-tenant modules with high uptime and managing operational incidents.
  • •Python experience (mandatory) and Java experience (desirable).
  • •Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) and infrastructure as code concepts.
