Key Responsibilities

  • •Design playful & delightful flows, interactions, and high-fidelity visuals for mental health exercises, gaming mechanics, and growth loops. Prototype concrete solutions to ambiguous product challenges.
  • •Create new design patterns that are intuitive and practical. Evolve our design system intentionally as we scale.
  • •Design product concepts that balance product vision, speed, and business potential.
  • •Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, character design and character animation.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years industry experience designing consumer mobile apps at scale
  • •Ability to untangle vague conceptual problems, and have a sharp intuition for the most accessible mental models and flows, so users can immediately start gaining value out of the product.
  • •A strong eye for visual polish and user delight. You can create and prototype clear, intuitive, and appealing UI and interactions and enjoys thinking playfully & creatively.
  • •Pragmatic about the implications and practicality of your designs. You don't get stuck on pretty UI or deep abstractions, and can balance between craft, speed, and product goals.
  • •Ability to internalize all inputs and feedback to help you reach an optimal decision for the team and mission.
