Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all school and state-mandated assessment programs, including make-up testing.
  • •Secure and coordinate facilities for in-person testing across the state, maintaining communication and revisiting needs before administrations.
  • •Create test security and administration plans, monitor compliance with regulations, and investigate test irregularities.
  • •Track enrollment and order testing materials, ensuring accuracy and maintaining inventory.
  • •Train site coordinators and staff on district/state testing procedures and oversee staffing plans and testing communications to parents and staff.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in test administration/protocols (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Ability to clear required background check.
  • •Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • •Professional experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with databases; web proficiency.
  • •Missouri teaching certification preferred.
