Job Summary

Senior Product Designer to shape web experiences for developers, institutions, and the Solana ecosystem. You will own end-to-end UX for Foundation products, conduct user research, define information architecture and interactions for data-intensive interfaces, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and evolve design systems across multiple products while advocating for users in cross-functional discussions.

Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end UX design for Solana Foundation web products—from discovery and research through wireframes, prototyping, and final specs
•Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into clear product decisions
•Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns for complex, data-intensive interfaces
•Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality, well-considered experiences
•Maintain and evolve design systems across Foundation products for consistency and scalability

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX depth (user research, flows, wireframes, and shipped web products)
•Proven ability to design complex B2B or professional-grade web products (dashboards, data tools, workflow applications)
•Experience designing for desktop/web environments with strong web design craft
•Strong systems thinking with ability to design for scale and varied user contexts
•Deep familiarity with AI tools (design-to-code) and experience with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JS) and contributing to design systems in Figma
