Partner with engineering to shape system boundaries and money-movement correctness under real regulatory and third-party-rail constraints. Apply AI thoughtfully with human oversight, ship behind flags, and align stakeholders across compliance, operations, treasury, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end-to-end, including outcomes/metrics, prioritization by value/risk/dependency, and crisp acceptance criteria.
•Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), and reliability concerns like retry/refund paths.
•Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, and defend decisions to engineering, compliance, and ops.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy.
•Apply AI where it earns its place with clear permissions, human-in-the-loop design, evaluation, and fallback behavior when uncertain; ship behind external gates and flags.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgment under ambiguity.
•Solid system design foundations (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency consistency) and ability to challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or rapid ability to ramp; strong understanding of correctness in money movement.
•Hands-on AI judgment for LLM-based products, including eval and handling hallucinations/drift/data gaps.
•Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical-PM background and shipped AI-heavy consumer products, with defined ML/LLM evaluation metrics.
