Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and run the 1LoD Technology and Cyber Risk and Performance Metrics program, including KPIs/KRIs from intake through published reporting.
  • •Build and maintain the program roadmap, sequencing metric development and improvements against business priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • •Maintain full, current, and auditable metric documentation (definitions, data lineage, sources, methodology, thresholds, and ownership) to ensure audit-readiness.
  • •Understand metrics and underlying data: identify missing or weak data, monitor metrics/anomalies, and escalate high-stakes items.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional partners and lead the security risk and governance team, influencing alignment on metrics, thresholds, and reporting standards.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Proven experience owning or running technology, cyber, or risk metrics and reporting programs, including roadmap and stakeholder management.
  • •Strong knowledge of technology and cybersecurity risk concepts, control frameworks, and best practices such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and ITIL.
  • •Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and senior-management-ready reporting, including using tools like Power BI and SQL.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and lead complex initiatives, with documentation, governance, and audit-readiness experience.
