Job Summary

Legal role within EverAI’s Compliance team focused on worldwide AI/e-commerce regulation, data protection contracts, and policy documentation. You’ll manage DPAs, TIAs, vendor contracts, and internal privacy/AI governance docs while collaborating with the Ethics & Compliance Officer to interpret evolving laws for a fast-growing AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day compliance tasks including contract reviews (NDAs, licenses) and internal documentation updates (privacy notices, terms, AI governance, data protection)
•Track, research and analyze legal developments relevant to AI and e-commerce for EverAI
•Conduct product & feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance
•Maintain EverAI’s AI systems inventory in line with EU guidance and document risk assessments under applicable safety laws
•Coordinate with the Ethics & Compliance Officer to obtain guidance and implement recommendations

Key Requirements

•Interest in AI
•Strong communication & collaborative skills in English
