Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design, enhancement, and governance of the WPS Global Product Operating Framework across Wealth, Private Bank, and Retail.
•Drive product lifecycle management optimization with digital solutions to deliver operational efficiency, audit actions, and regulatory expectations.
•Assess new global product applications for operational readiness as part of the product governance new product approval process.
•Partner with global product heads, 2LOD, and technology teams to build scalable, agile, and resilient product governance infrastructure.
•Manage third-party identification, onboarding, contracting, oversight, and align activities to the third-party risk management framework.

Key Requirements

•Detailed understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Investment, and Retail Banking products, including end-to-end lifecycle management.
•Detailed understanding of the product governance process.
•Experience writing procedures, operating instructions, and/or frameworks.
•Proven delivery across multiple markets, with understanding of Agile methodology and change management lifecycle.
•Experience operating in ambiguous, matrixed structures across countries/time zones with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
