Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations at a rental facility, building and developing a high-performing team while driving branch financial results. Key Responsibilities

•Build and develop the team through hiring, reviews, performance evaluations, training, and guidance with documentation.
•Manage branch operations to maximize financial success, including monthly profit and loss reviews to identify improvements and revenue opportunities.
•Monitor operational and customer metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
•Communicate information effectively to your team and management, establishing goals with well-defined expectations.
•Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
