Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety, order, and appropriate activity.
  • •Observe individuals and facility conditions and report safety, security, or behavioral concerns according to facility procedures.
  • •Conduct routine safety checks and document findings, maintaining awareness of movement within assigned zones.
  • •Respond to and report incidents, disturbances, or unusual activity; support minor conflict resolution through observation and reporting.
  • •Complete required training and certifications, follow federal policies/protocols, and maintain accurate logs and reports; participate in shift briefings and handoffs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, families, vulnerable populations, residential programs, social services, education, or a related field.
  • •Professional, calm, and observant in a fast-paced 24/7 residential environment; strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • •Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently; follow federal facility policies, procedures, and supervisory direction.
