Job Summary

Design, implement, and maintain company network infrastructure across APAC offices with primary responsibility for the Gurgaon build-out and ongoing Bengaluru support. Split roughly 70% network engineering (firewalls, switches, wireless, VPN, segmentation, HA) and 30% hands-on L2 IT support (AV, printers, access control, devices). Partner with InfoSec on security posture and provide cross-site coverage for APAC/EMEA.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Design, deploy, and maintain dual-firewall high-availability network architectures across APAC locations including failover, redundant ISP configurations, and segmentation between corporate and guest networks.
•Own configuration and lifecycle management of enterprise switches, wireless access points, and firewalls across APAC sites; maintain accurate network diagrams and IP/VLAN documentation.
•Lead the new APAC site network build, including migration of spare hardware, coordinating with building ISPs and partners, and performing weekend cutovers to minimize business impact.
•Partner with InfoSec on firewall policy reviews, segmentation, VPN/ZTNA, and SOC2 controls; maintain audit-ready documentation for network changes.
•Provide hands-on L2 IT support for on-site equipment (AV, printers, badge readers, devices, cameras) and support regional IT teams with tickets and onboarding/offboarding.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering for a mid-to-large enterprise, including firewall administration (Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco ASA), enterprise switching, VLAN/STP/DHCP/DNS, and site-to-site / remote-access VPN.
•Demonstrated experience deploying or operating high-availability network designs (active/passive or active/active firewalls, dual-ISP failover).
•Working knowledge of cloud networking concepts (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, or GCP), wireless infrastructure, and modern identity/SSO integrations with network equipment.
•Comfortable providing hands-on L2 IT support for end-user infrastructure — conference room AV, video conferencing endpoints, printers, badge readers, employee devices — and willing to own this work as part of the role.
•CCNA required; CCNP or vendor equivalent (Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, Fortinet NSE) strongly preferred.
