Job Summary

Senior-level structural engineer responsible for design and delivery of steel and concrete building structures, leading technical design and coordination with international teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with international codes and QA processes.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare feasibility study reports and design specifications, coordinating with team members to ensure delivery by deadlines
•Lead the design process for steel and concrete buildings and supervise calculations, QA reviews, and sign-off inputs
•Coordinate project contract documents (drawings and specifications) and review inputs from engineers and BIM technicians
•Manage day-to-day queries from the team and ensure timely availability of information for construction activities
•Mentor and lead a team of engineers and BIM technicians to deliver cost-effective, compliant design solutions within the project programme

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) and membership to an accredited engineering body; Master’s degree preferred
•8 to 14 years of experience in building structures design and seismic design
•Proficiency with structural software RFEM, FEM Design, ROBOT, ETABS, SAFE, RAM and STAAD Pro
•Experience with international design codes such as Eurocode and ACI
•Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor a team and work both independently and within a group
