Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before visiting patients.
•Use mobile technology to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
•Build warm, patient-centered connections while collecting information and performing services.
•Provide diagnostic, low-acuity care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture.
•Technologically savvy with tools like mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•Reliable transportation (using your own vehicle to travel to patient homes) and the ability to physically access patient homes, including carrying up to 20 pounds.
•State-required licensure/proof of training and Basic Life Support certification, plus a valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
