Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage OD change and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment of organization structure with Aldar Group’s operating model and business requirements.
  • •Partner with senior leaders to set OD priorities and design organization solutions that address gaps and drive measurable improvements.
  • •Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of organization-wide development programs, including initiatives tied to M&A, JVs, and spin-offs.
  • •Build and execute an OD AI roadmap by leveraging LLMs, AI agents, automation, and digital platforms to improve organization design, workforce planning, and position management.
  • •Conduct workforce planning and position management using advanced analytics and Orgvue, ensuring accurate HR system records and adoption of governance and compliance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Organization Development/Design, HR business partnering, or HR consulting within GCC private sector or similar environments.
  • •Proven experience in workforce planning, position management, and organizational structuring in a large corporate or consulting environment.
  • •Expertise in organization design methodologies and in-depth knowledge of human resource management best practices.
  • •Strong conflict resolution, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills for senior leadership audiences.
  • •Experience leveraging LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and AI agents, with knowledge of automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio) desirable.
