Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the LLM production cycle, from data preparation and model training to evaluation and deployment.
  • •Fine-tune language models and configure system prompts to influence model behavior and personality.
  • •Generate prompts and multi-step conversations, improve corpora, and filter examples using language models.
  • •Compare automated scoring (LLM-as-a-judge) with expert annotation and teach correct function usage and clarifying questions.
  • •Integrate models into product infrastructure, optimize inference response times, and support development from closed beta to post-launch.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of Python and experience building ML/NLP systems with PyTorch.
  • •A solid understanding of how transformers and LLMs work under the hood.
