Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver training instructions using manufacturing planning-based applications.
  • •Create, maintain, and revise training documentation, SOPs, and qualification-based authority training for production and engineering on-the-job training.
  • •Lead new course and course content development, including building new training courses aligned with engineering specifications.
  • •Develop course materials and lead training modules (classroom and online), including assessments and student handouts/tests.
  • •Teach electrical safety practices (LOTO, Arc Flash awareness, NFPA 70E, OSHA requirements) and support onboarding and new hire training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of work experience with increasing responsibility in training coordination, project coordination, and/or learning and development.
  • •NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace) knowledge or certification.
  • •Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
  • •Strong communication skills for training and learning materials.
