Job Summary

Develop customer relationships and meet financial needs using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Maintain product knowledge for retail consumer and small business customers, recommend solutions, and cross-sell to deepen and grow households. Proactively reach out with CAMP and marketing tools, set appointments, and engage in outside sales and community events. Partner with business teams (mortgage, small business, commercial, investment) and complete teller and retail product onboarding/servicing within a trusted, risk-aware role.

•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the company value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Focus on cross-selling and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard process from application through closing as part of the Financial Center/Bank Mart operations.

Salary: USD 41,600 - 66,600 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to follow Retail policies and procedures and make sound decisions; Spanish speaking preferred.
