Own project and program objectives for assigned areas, defining outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans to ensure execution with the right cost, resourcing, and timeliness. Ensure documentation across all phases and report, disseminate, or transfer information to relevant functional teams. Drive compliance with company policies for engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety, and work with others to maximize productivity.
