  • •Identify, originate, and cultivate strategic M&A opportunities through market intelligence, industry networking, and relationship development.
  • •Lead or support end-to-end execution of acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, and strategic alliances; coordinate cross-functional deal teams.
  • •Develop transaction plans, governance structures, timelines, and negotiation frameworks; drive due diligence across commercial, financial, legal, operational, and strategic workstreams.
  • •Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and partner with internal legal counsel to negotiate and finalize transaction agreements.
  • •Collaborate with transition leaders to ensure early integration planning and develop value realization plans.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience leading and executing M&A and strategic investments in multinational organizations, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred; CPA/CA/CFA advantageous.
  • •Proven ability to originate, structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Strong business development capabilities and regional network with ability to originate strategic opportunities.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled business tools; familiarity with SAP BI, Cognos, and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
